📋 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition (unworn, tags attached, packaging intact).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products damaged by misuse or accidents.

  • Orders sent back without prior communication.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
